Single Image Technical Specifications
outLOUDstock imagery is produced from semi to professional level DSLRs and are created in a color-managed environment using Adobe RGB 1998 color space. All images have been fully retouched, color-corrected, 24-bit RGB (8 bits per channel) and have resolutions of 300 ppi (with the exception of the low resolution imagery available at 72 ppi).
License Information
Rights-Managed images can be licensee for a single specific purpose and duration. Permission must be secured for each new specific use.

Model and Property releases
A model or property release is a written agreement between the model/property owner and the photographer whereby the model/owner gives his/her permission to the photographer to use the images commercially. Releases generally permit the use of the image(s) for all purposes, with exceptions for controversial, sensitive, or defamatory uses.
Our collection standards maintain stringent requirements for model and property releases. All releases are available upon request. To request a redacted copy of a release, please email info@outloudstock.com.
Sensitive Usages and Potential Sensitive Subjects
“Sensitive Subject Use” is use of an image with a topic that may depict the subject matter of an image in a negative or unfavorable light or may subject persons to ridicule. Due to the unlimited nature of Royalty-Free licenses, sensitive issues releases are only available with Rights-Managed images.
If You intend to license an image for a sensitive subject usage, it is the Your responsibility to contact the outLOUDstock office to notify them of all the details of the usage, request sensitive subject usage licensing permission, and to finalize the copyright usage license accordingly.
outLOUDstock cannot clear sensitive subject usage licenses for images that are not appropriately model and or property released. Additionally, model or property released images require further clearances from the photographer and/or model and/or property owner to avoid potential defamation. The process to clear any needed sensitive subject usage licenses might require several days. Not all sensitive subject usages will be approved, and in some cases a model or property owner may ask for an additional fee for such usage, which will be passed along to You as part of the copyright license fee for the sensitive subject usage.
Good judgment and common sense demand attention to humor, cultural differences, and many other variables, which may be considered sensitive. This area of rights is subjective and You must determine for Yourself both the need for additional clearance and the level of risk You are comfortable with.
The following sensitive subject list is intended to give You examples of a range of topics that fall under the sensitive usages heading, and is by no means an exhaustive or complete list: Abortion, Adoption, AIDS/HIV, Alcohol, Drugs and substance abuse, Birth defects, Breasts and breast enhancements, Cancer and major illness, Child abuse, Contraception, Depression, Domestic or other acts of Violence, Eating disorders, Fertility issues, Gambling, Guns and weapons, Homelessness, Incontinence, Menopause, Nationalistic or religious fanaticism or hate groups, Poverty, Psychiatric issues, Sexual issues, Sexual harassment, Suicide, Teenage issues, Tobacco.

Return Policy
Royalty-Free: Due to the liberal nature of the licenses for Royalty-Free images, all licenses are final, no refunds or credits will be allowed. The successful completion of the download by you of any Royalty-Free image is considered to be the complete fulfillment of outLOUDstock’s obligations.
Rights-Managed: By issuing a license for a Rights-Managed image, outLOUDstock has reserved certain rights for your use. If you decide not to utilize these rights, you must notify outLOUDstock in writing within (20) business days of the invoice date to be eligible for a complete refund. After this twenty (20)-business day period, and up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to fifty (50) percent of the invoice amount. Thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, there will be no refunds issued and the invoiced amount must be paid in full. For a refund on an unused image within 30 days of purchase date, please contact info@outloudstock.com.

To license an image, registration through PhotoShelter is required, and You will then be subject to the Terms and Conditions of PhotoShelter. outLOUDstock and PhotoShelter do not sell, share or divulge any client personal information that is stored as part of being a registered user.
